Shipping Regions 

We currently provide shipping services within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

Exclusions:

We are unable to fulfill orders to the following regions due to carrier limitations

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Military Addresses: APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
  • P.O. Boxes: We require a physical street address for all deliveries.

Shipping Costs

For orders within the 48 contiguous states:

  • Orders over $49.99: Standard Shipping is FREE.
  • Orders under $49.99: A flat rate of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Preparation: 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Duration: Typically 7–10 days once dispatched.
  • Weekend & Holiday Policy: Orders placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • Pre-orders: Please refer to the specific shipping dates indicated on the respective pre-order product page.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking information usually updates within 48 hours.
  • Inquiry: If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team at support@idealzero.com.

Shipment Carriers

  • Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx.
  • For specific real-time inquiries regarding your package location after it has left our warehouse, you may contact FedEx directly at 1-800-463-3339.

Shipping Information

Please ensure all provided shipping details are accurate.

  • Responsibility: IdealZero is not liable for any losses, including missing parcels, damage, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • No Modifications: Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 7 business days:

  • Contact support@idealzero.com immediately.
  • Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods. These are required by the carrier for the inspection and claims process.

Note: For losses or damages caused by the carrier (FedEx), we will coordinate with them to resolve the issue on your behalf.
