How often should I do a deep clean? How long does it take? Do I need any tools?
Depending on usage, we recommend a deep clean every 1–3 months to give your cat the cleanest possible experience. The entire process takes about 5 minutes with no tools required — LEGO-style disassembly, rinse and dry, reassemble and you're done.
