Is B1 quiet?
Yes. B1 runs at 35 dB or less, about as quiet as a whisper. It won't disturb you or your cat.
Does B1 need special litter?
B1 works with most clumping clay, cassava, fine tofu, and mixed litters.
Tofu pellets must be ≤ 0.08 in (2 mm) in diameter and ≤ 0.31 in (8 mm) in length. Longer pellets are not supported.
How does B1 control odors?
B1 features a 4-layer odor control system that eliminates odors at the source through active ventilation, moisture removal, a natural green tea deodorizer, and a dual-sealed waste drawer.
Does waste stick to the bottom?
The ultra-smooth, full-coverage litter drum effectively prevents urine residue and waste from sticking. For best results, simply ensure the litter level is always kept above the MIN line, making daily cleaning completely hassle-free.
Can B1 be used for multiple cats?
In most homes, one B1 is suitable for 2–3 cats. The 12 L waste drawer typically lasts 14 days for 1 cat, and the AI Camera can recognize up to 10 cats. For households with more than three cats, two units are recommended.
Do I need a subscription?
A subscription is optional. All core features, including device control, cleaning, litter box history, and photos, are available for free. Upgrade to unlock HD video, AI health insights, longer video history, and more notebook storage.
What cats can use B1?
B1 is made for cats 2.2 – 33.07 lbs (1–15 kg). Auto cleaning is disabled for kittens under 2.2 lbs.
What if my cat gets close during cleaning?
Multiple safety sensors and the AI Camera continuously monitor your cat. If a cat approaches or enters the unit, cleaning immediately pauses to ensure complete safety.
What if my cat won't use B1?

Where should I place B1?
Place B1 on a flat indoor surface. Unlike litter boxes with external sensors, B1 keeps all sensors inside the control unit, so it can be placed against a wall or on carpet. Keep it away from noisy appliances.
How often should I empty the waste drawer?
The 12 L waste drawer can hold up to 15 days of waste for one cat. Actual frequency depends on the number of cats and usage.
Will B1 work without power or Wi-Fi?
If Wi-Fi is disconnected, B1 continues to clean automatically and syncs data once reconnected. During a power outage, it functions as a traditional litter box, while the patented Dual-Floor Waste Chute eliminates pinch hazards.
What's the warranty and return policy?
Every B1 includes a 1-year limited warranty.
